Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions we receive.

+ What's your cancellation policy?

If you have a lesson scheduled, but cannot make it, please cancel your appointment before the scheduled start time. Lessons may be cancelled by calling, texting, or emailing the gym. Lessons that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time will result in a charge of 1/2 session. No shows will be charged for the full session.

+ Do you offer group fitness classes?

Yes we offer both Classes open to the public as well as Small-Group Private Training sessions.

+ Do you offer drop-ins?

Yes, but you'll have to reach out via our Classes form to get a schedule first. Otherwise training sessions are are by appointment. You're welcome to stop in during business hours to check out the gym and talk with a trainer.

+ Is there an age limit?

We work with adults and youth as young as 6-15 years old based on skill level. Personal training sessions for youth are typically 45 minutes long so you'll want to select a 45-minute package from our Personal Training page.

+ How do I book a session?

Decide which Trainer you want to work with, then fill out our Personal Training Form. We'll contact you to setup your first session.

+ How much does it cost?

Glad you asked! Check out our Prices for our current rates and packages. We offer discounts for groups or when you book multiple classes.

+ How many people can I book for a Small-Group session?

Our Small-Group Personal Training sessions can have a maximum of 10 people. Please inquire on our Personal Training page for pricing.

+ Is there a free trial?

If you're on the fence about booking a 60-minute personal training session. Local residents can try us out with a free 30 minute mini-session to get a feel for what working with a Counter Punch trainer is like. Book your first session today.
