Everyone’s journey is different. Work with our personal trainers to get fit and build your skills at the right pace. We train everyone from amateur and professional boxing and MMA fighters, to beginners, to those focused on weight loss, strength training, and even youth fitness programs.

Punch Technique


Effective striking is about turning your body into the perfect kinetic chain. Learn how to throw jabs, straights, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts the way boxers do.

Strength & Conditioning


Boxing workouts will get you in shape more efficiently than any other sport. We incorporate cardio, calisthenics, weight training, and more into customized circuits that are perfect for beginners and pros alike.

Footwork


Boxing is all in the feet. Learn how to apply pivoting, feinting, positioning, distance, and range the way your favorite boxers do.

Defense


In addition to offensive striking, we also teach the essence of boxing defense. Learn techniques such as slipping, rolling, head movement, blocking, and more.
